Buying Guide


Few simple ways to buy:

1. Browse for all hot items on this blog by clicking on the links at the left side. Choose your item and take note of the item's code.

2. Fill up the Buying Form. You could find the Buying Form at the upper side of this blog or here. Make sure you enter correct information.

3. S15 will email you an Invoice together with our Bank Account Number according to the following:

• Orders received during our working hours: Will be respond in 2 hours. 
• Orders received after working hours: Will be respond in next working day:
  (However, we are trying our best to respond in less than 2 hours)

4. Kindly make the payment within 2 days or S15 will consider you as Back-out Buyers

5. Notify us through email upon making the payment.

6. We will deliver your order in the following terms:

• Same day delivery: Payment receives and notified before 12noon on working days
• Next working day delivery: Payment receives and notified after 12noon

S15 Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: 10am to 7pm

Payment

S15 receives payment through Maybank which could be done through ATM transfer, Internet Banking, and Cash Deposit.

Payment receives from Cash Deposit which incurs some balance will be refunded to customer immediately.

If you are making payment through Internet Banking, please key in our email in the transaction.

Payment can also be done through PayPal buy clicking on the PayPal button which follows the image of selling items.
